Ramasubramanian, J) The Commissioner of Customs in the office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam, has addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court for the State of Telangana on 24.12.2018 seeking to withdraw the list of cases appended to the letter. Accordingly, the present appeal is listed today.
