The presient criminal petition is filed under St:ction 482 Cr.P.C. seekirLg to quash the proceedings in Crirne i FiR No.374l2O2A, dated 05.06.2020 of Neredmet :oli:e station pending on th(l file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri registered against the petitioners / arral,ed .ts accused Nos.1 to 8, for the offences punishable under Secti,rns 498-4 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 . 2.

The pres,ent criminal petition is taken up for hea ring today, i.e. 18.06.2020, through Video Conferencing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners u nd the learned Additional Putrlic Prosecutor, appearing for responde nt l\o.1. 4.

Though learned counsel for the petitioners fi.ed the present criminal petition lor quashing the proceedings in tlLe above crime, he restricts his prayer to the limited extent of seeking a direction to the investigating authorities to follow the procedure prescribed under Section 4 1-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines :iet out by the Hon'ble .Apex Court in the case of ARJVESII KUMAR V/s. S?ATE OF BIHARI.
