This anticipatory bail application is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner apprehending arrest for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C. in an unregistered crime relating to I Town Police Station, Nandyal Town, Kurnool District.

It is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that no case is registered against the petitioner. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition.
