Heard.

Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in considering the application of the petitioners, dated 13-10-2015, the present writ petition is filed.

All the petitioners claim that their cases are similar to one considered by this Court in W.P.No.4997 of 2004, dated 17-03-2004. In view of that, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of W.P.No.4997 of 2004, dated 17-03-2004, by observing as follows:- "Since the application filed by the petitioners is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioners in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible."

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
