HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33371 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the 3rd respondent under Section 5(5) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 against the proceedings No.B/103/2016, dated 14.06.2016. As no orders are passed in the said appeal, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
