This Criminal Petition is of the year 2011. On 25.10.2017, as there was no representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 5, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 07.11.2017. Thereafter, again when the matter was listed on 25.09.2018, as there was no representation, to give one more opportunity, the matter was adjourned to today directing it to be listed under the same caption "for dismissal."

Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal", when the matter is called for hearing, neither the petitioners nor their counsel are present.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The interim stay granted on 30.09.2011 through Criminal Petition M.P. No.10142 of 2011 stands vacated.
