HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.218 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue to a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R. No.281 of 2016 dated 21.12.2016 of respondent No.2 and quash the same and to pass such other order or orders as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) for the respondents 1 & 2.

It is the submission that the police after investigation of F.I.R. No.281 of 2016 dated 21.12.2016 filed the final report, that was taken cognizance and the case is pending from the said cognizance, based on final report.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is closed for no more orders, but for if at all to impugn the said cognizance if at all to file any fresh writ petition else to seek for any discharge on appearance and in the course of hearing before the charges contemplated by law. No order as to

Dr. SSRB, J W.P. No.218 of 2017 costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
