HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE N. BALAYOGI M.A.C.M.A. No. 2236 of 2009 ORDER:

1.

At the request of both the parties, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat for amicably settling the matter out of Court. Accordingly, the subject matter of the appeal is settled and compromise is arrived at between the parties before Lok Adalat. In terms thereof, the Lok Adalat passed Award on 07.09.2017, a copy which is placed on record.

Having regard to the same, no further orders need be passed in the appeal.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award dated 07.09.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the appeal shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
