This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner-owner of the property seeking to quash the order dated 17-52016 in Crl.M.P.No.641 of 2016 in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banswada, Nizamabad district to the extent of requiring the petitioner to execute bond for Rs.8 lakhs with two sureties in a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court and on production of original registration document of the vehicle i.e. Wagon R VXI.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-owner of the property and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. The conditions imposed by the learned Magistrate are relaxed to the extent that the vehicle i.e. Wagon R VXI bearing Chassis No.982177 and Engine No.7657830 in CPR No.130 of 2016, shall be released in favour of the petitioner herein-owner of the property subject to the condition that he should execute a personal bond for Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) together with one surety. Rest of the conditions as imposed by the Court below are hereby confirmed. The criminal petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
