Sri Ch.Krupavanth, learned counsel representing Sri K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the lower Court.

Leave granted.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
