This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 12.06.2013, in I.A.No.1592 of 2012 in O.S.No.33 of 2012 passed by the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the Court below allowed the application.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that O.S.No.22 of 2012 itself was disposed of on 23.06.2014.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
