THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case NO. 1870 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 12.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.32407 of 2016 in W.P.No.26196 of 2016.

By the above said order this Court has directed respondent/GWMC to receive the property tax in respect of petitioner's house bearing H.No.46-8-52/11/2 situated at Enumamula, Warangal forthwith pending disposal of the writ petition. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter has been pending from the year 2016.

Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in pursuance of the interim orders dated 12.08.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.32407 of 2016 in W.P.No.26196 of 2016, the petitioner's property tax was entered in property tax assessment register. He further submits that the main writ petition itself has been disposed on 19.07.2021. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the cause in this contempt case does not survive for adjudication. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application for revival of the contempt case in accordance with law. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
