THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13193 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Ch. Janardhan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 07.03.2017 and so far no action has been taken by the respondent. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct the respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within a timeframe.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that appropriate action will be taken by the respondent on the representation said to have been made by the petitioner in accordance with law.
Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 07.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
