This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though cognizable offence is reported on 27.03.2017 and on 01.04.2019 against unofficial respondents, crime is not registered. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader informs the Court that Crime No.219 of 2019 is registered in Kukatpally Police station.

In view of the same, cause in the Writ Petition does not arise.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
