THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.23179 of 2009 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) An identical writ petition i.e W.P.No.6339 of 2009 was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court by its order dated 17.12.2015 recording the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that the height of the wall between the Court premises and the Government hospital was raised to 14 feet; and the foul smell emanating from the mortuary no longer spreads to the Court premises. In terms of the order passed in W.P.No.6339 of 2009 dated 17.12.2015, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
