HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO SECOND APPEAL No.923 of 2017 JUDGMENT :

Heard learned counsel for the appellants at length and perused the judgments of the Courts below and the grounds of appeal. 2.

There are no substantial questions of law involved in admission of the second appeal including from the main contention as to prior to the grant of Ex.A.1-Form-D Patta of 1992, the defendants have been continuing in possession for none of the documents among Exs.B.1 to B.4 are demonstrated prior to that period to appreciate. 3.

Having regard to the above, before admission, the second appeal itself is disposed of rather than dismissal, by granting time for vacation of the premises to till end of February, 2019. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
