1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.41 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Karimnagar Rural Police Station, Karimnagar district.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that both parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
