HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3863 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that T.Munivenkataswamy, who is father of the petitioners filed Revision petition before the Director, Appeals in the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent passed in D.Dis/E9/444/2005 dated 18.08.2006 wherein the Chief Commissioner of Land Revenue passed orders dated 14.02.2008 remanding the matter to the 2nd respondent by setting aside the orders passed by him on 18.08.2006 for conducting fresh enquiry in all aspects. But so far, no enquiry has been conducted by the 2nd respondent and no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry as per the proceedings dated 14.02.2008, after issuing notices to the affected parties including the petitioners and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 20.02.2017 dv
