HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI W.P. No. 298 of 2013 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare inaction of the 2nd respondent in allotting land to the petitioner in an extent of 1870 square yards in Sy.No.107 of Suraram village, Quthbullapur Mandal in spite of necessary recommendations made by the 3rd respondent - Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, as arbitrary and illegal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation and the respondents may be directed to dispose of the same.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation to the 1st respondent - Deputy Commissioner, and on such representation being filed, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
