Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made a representation on 27.08.2016 to the 3rd respondent for reduction of rental fee for his wine shop, which had been closed from 12.08.2016 to 23.08.2016 pursuant to a direction issued by the 2nd respondent, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Excise appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.27.08.2016 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
