On 19.1.2017, when this matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the registry was directed to list this matter under the caption of "for dismissal". Today, when this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he handed over the file to the petitioner about six months back. It is informed on behalf of the respondents that the entire amount due to the petitioner has already been paid as one time settlement and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
