THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11563 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to modify the docket order 09.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1609 of 2015 in Crime No.144 of 2015 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar by reducing the surety amount from Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety to Rs.50,000/- with one surety.

2. In similar circumstances, by orders dated 17.11.2015 in Criminal Petition Nos.11562 and 11564 of 2015, this Court modified the surety amount from Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the like sum.

3. In view of the earlier orders of this Court, this Court is inclined to modify the order by reducing the surety amount to Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the like sum instead of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety for the like sum.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
