THEHoNoURABLEsRIJUSTICEK.SURENDER I I This criminal Petition is filed under section 482 0f the code of criminal proced ure, 1973 (for short 'cr.P.c.') by the petitioneraccused No.3 to quash the proceedings against him in respect of FIR No.191 of 2022 pending on the file of station House officer, Doulathabad Police Station, Siddipet District, filed for the offence punishable under section 306 of Indian Penal code (for short "IPC',).

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner accused and II learned Additional public prosecutor for the respondent - state. Perused the material on record.

3. The 2nd respondent - de facto complainant filed the present complaint stating that his father committed suicide on account of differences with accused Nos.1 and 2. Further, it is alleged in the complaint that on a given day, this p.iitionu, along with accused Nos.1 and 2 armed with sticks trespassed into the house of the deceased

Since there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and keeping in view that the petitioner is a student aged 17 years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.191 of 2022 of Doulathabad Police Station, Siddipet District, to conclude investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner accused. Further, the petitioner - accused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous if , shall stand closed.
