THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13392 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.265 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jagtial Town Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Police filed the charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
