This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

" ... to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.A/1193/2008, dated 19-2-2009 issued by the 1st respondent whereby directing the 2nd respondent to put the shop No.2 of Amru Thanda, H/o. Yellayagudem in charge of the 3rd respondent who was recently appointed as fair price shop dealer of shop No.3 of Ravujjya Thanda, H/o. Yellayagudem village, Chennaraopet Mandal, Warangal District as illegal and arbitrary ..."

At the hearing, Mr.

G. Ravi, learned Counsel representing Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, is unable to argue the case. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 3-3-2009 is vacated and WPMP No.5265 of 2009 is dismissed as infructuous.
