This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1049 of 2009 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 427, 447 and 506 IPC, against the petitioner/A2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent-State. 3.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that since the charge sheet is filed, the petitioner can be directed to file discharge petition before the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file discharge petition by raising all the grounds. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
