THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24258 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer of shop No.5, Patancheru Village and Mandal in Medak District. While so, the Deputy Tahsildar (CS) inspected the shop in the absence of the petitioner and recorded some variations. When the respondents were not releasing the essential commodities even though there was no suspension or cancellation of authorization, the petitioner filed W.P.No.22681 of 2015, which is pending. In the meanwhile, based on the report submitted by the Deputy Tahsildar, dated 15.07.2015, the second respondent issued a show cause notice on 24.07.2015 and also passed an order of even date suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the process of enquiry at this stage, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that interest of justice would be met if the second respondent is directed to take up the enquiry and complete the same, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving due opportunity to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________
