THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Crl.R.C.No.1679 of 2017 AND Crl.R.C.No.1693 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Crl.R.C.No.1679 of 2017 is filed questioning the order dated 23.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.153 of 2015 passed by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam granting interim maintenance to the 1st respondent and rejecting the claim of the 2nd respondent.

Crl.R.C.No.1693 of 2017 is filed questioning the judgment dated 02.05.2016 in Crl.A.No.366 of 2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam, modifying the order dated 18.09.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1667 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.5 of 2015 passed by the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner in both cases is that while granting interim maintenance both the Courts failed to take in to consideration of passing order in the other matter i.e. Crl.M.P.No.153 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.1537 of 2014 and Crl.M.P.No.1667 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.5 of 2015, requested this Court to direct the Courts below to decide the main cases i.e. F.C.O.P and D.V.C as expeditiously as possible to avoid unnecessary complications in deciding the matter. Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the revisions, the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam and III Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam are directed to decide main cases as expeditiously

as possible, in any event, not latter than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal revision cases are disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
