Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition stating that they are entitled to the facility of encashment of earned leave including the half pay leave and though they made representation on 27.12.2017 to the 3rd respondent, the same has not been considered by the 3rd respondent. 2.

The Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioners' representation dt.27.12.2017 and dispose it of within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dt.27.12.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
