ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.38145 of 2014, dated 15.12.2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has received the difference of gratuity and other terminal benefits and to that effect learned counsel has produced the order dated 14.10.2015 passed by the Depot Manager, Tandur.
