ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner union is aggrieved by non consideration of claims of its members for recruitment to the post of Senior Assistant cum Clerk in Khammam district Cooperative Central Bank Limited. Learned counsel appearing for first respondent bank submitted that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, members of the petitioner union were subjected to written examination and none of them have qualified therein and in view of the same, no cause in the writ petition subsists and in view of the subsequent developments, there is no necessity to go into other contentions raised in the writ petition. Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the above submission.

Since petitioners are not qualified in the written examination, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
