.. Respondents This court made the following :
- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14721 OF 2017 ORDER :
Heard.
2.
Petitioners claim that they were initially appointed on daily wage basis in the years 1985 & 1986 respectively. Earlier challenging the termination petitioners raised industrial dispute in I.D.No.45 of 2003 on the file of Labour Court-III, Hyderabad. Award was passed in their favour setting aside the termination and directed continuity of service. The writ petition filed challenging the Award of the Labour Court was dismissed. As a consequence to the dismissal of the writ petition, petitioners were reinstated into service. Petitioners now seek regularization of their services. Claiming regularization, on 17.12.2016 representations were submitted by the petitioners. Alleging inaction on the said representations, this writ petition is filed. 3.
Since the petitioners have already ventilated their grievance in their representations submitted on 17.12.2016 to the respondents, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.
4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 17.12.2016 of the petitioners and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
