The petitioner states that the land purchased by him was already recommended to be classified as Zeroithi land under proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsipatnam, in D.Dis.No.315/2007, dated 22.08.2009. In spite of that, the land continues to be shown as D Patta. The petitioner, therefore, made an application, dated 28.09.2015, Ex.P-10, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam District, i.e., 3rd respondent herein and alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

2. In the facts and circumstances, since the petitioner's application is pending before the 3rd respondent since 28.09.2015, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders. It is also made clear that if the 3rd respondent finds any jurisdictional issue involved, he shall submit a report to the 2nd respondent to enable the 2nd respondent to take appropriate decision expeditiously.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
