THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6726 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in seeking to mutate the name of the sixth respondent in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.25 guntas in Survey No.338/a/a of Gudem Village, Musthabad Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District, in the place of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the sixth respondent submitted an application for entering his name and the petitioner already sent an objection clearly indicating the address of the petitioner. The petitioner now apprehends that without hearing the petitioner, the name of the sixth respondent may be mutated. But, as on today there is no order passed by the fourth respondent.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is premature and it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law as and when an order is passed by the fourth respondent, if the order is adverse to the interest of the petitioner. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the above observations. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
