There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.4 in not registering a crime based on the complaint submitted by the petitioners dated 28.2.2014 and also non forwarding the complaint given by the petitioners to the respondents 2 and on 19.3.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 21, 300A of the Constitution of India and to pass such other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed on record the written instructions, dated 05.12.2019, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Shabad Police Station, Vikarabad District.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the 4th respondent received petitioners' complaint, dated 19.03.2014, through the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Chevella, on 23.03.2014. Pursuant to the said complaint, General Diary entry was made and on enquiry, it was revealed that the matter is purely

civil in nature. As such, the 4th respondent advised the petitioner to approach competent civil Court for appropriate remedy. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
