The petitioner who is accused in Crime No.98 of 2015 o f Sulthanabad Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 302 and 201 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner-accused was already arrested and hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
