This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A6 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 169 of 2016 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur district, registered for the offences under section 302, 304-B, 201, 109 read with section 34 of IPC.
