On 22.11.2017 when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the registry was directed to list the matter under the caption of "for dismissal". Even today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the morning session and the matter was passed over. In the evening session also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
