This Court passed interim order on 23.06.2010 directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to attend duties if his services are neither suspended nor terminated as on that day. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is being continued and his services are regularized.

In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stands closed.
