THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.14133 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to direct for calling of records relating to the common order dated 30.10.2014 passed in O.A.Nos.1052 of 2010 to 1146 of 2010 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad and quash the same as wholly arbitrary, illegal without jurisdiction and void.

Learned counsel for the respondents objected on the maintainability of the writ petition that there is remedy of appeal available in terms of Section 84 of Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act, 1987. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. Granting permission to the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal. Registry is directed to return the original order to the petitioners. No order as to costs.
