TH E H ON'BLE SRI J USTICE M.SEETH ARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3633 of 20 10 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the orders dated 17.03.2010 of the learned III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.1924 of 2009 in O.S.No.5158 of 2009. By the said orders, the Court below had dismissed the application filed by the plaintiff under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to permit him to deposit the arrears of rent i.e., for the months of September, October and November, 2010 and also future monthly rents at the rate of Rs.6,500/ - in respect of the petition schedule property.

On a perusal of the note of the Registry it appears that the suit itself was disposed of on 04.10.2010. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
