THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7716 & 7717 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.7349 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners and the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant of Crime No.47 of 2017 on the file of Charakonda Police Station, Nagarkurnool District, taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504, 354 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(s) of SC/ST POA Amended Act, 2015, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7716 and 7717 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
