ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the request of the petitioner to release the amount of Rs.12,42,755/- due to it for the jobs executed by it in the 2nd respondent Academy, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Anjali Agarwal, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.

During hearing, learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents have already prepared cheques and now those cheques are handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. A copy of the details of payment is placed before the Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the cheques bearing Nos.051298 dated 16.05.2019;

051300 dated 27.05.2019;

051301 dated 27.05.2019;

051302 dated 27.05.2019;

051303 dated 27.05.2019;

051309 dated 27.05.2019;

051307 dated 30.05.2019;

051304 dated 30.05.2019;

051306 dated 30.05.2019;

051305 dated 30.05.2019;

051310 dated 30.05.2019 and 051308 dated 30.05.2019, for a total sum of Rs.12,42,685/- due to the petitioner in full and final satisfaction of its claim.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
