The grievance of the petitioner in this case was as to the rejection of its application for grant of registration and licence under the A.P. Mineral Dealers Rules, 2000. The registration and licence was sought by the petitioner in the context of the lease granted to it. However the said lease was from 29.04.2010 to 31.03.2012. The petitioner's grievance as to non-registration and denial of licence under the A.P. Mineral Dealers Rules, 2000 in the context of the afore-stated lease therefore does not survive for consideration at this late stage. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
