HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.R.P.M.P.No.15189 of 2004 IN/AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6017 of 2003 COMMON ORDER :

This revision is preferred questioning judgment dated 22.08.2003 in R.A.No.277 of 2000 on the file of Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, whereunder eviction order dated 19.06.2000 passed by the Rent Controller in R.C.No.50 of 1999 on the file of II Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, is confirmed.

2. Revision was dismissed by this Court on 07.07.2004 and thereafter C.R.P.M.P.No.15188 of 2004 is filed for restoration of the revision and C.R.P.M.P.No.15189 of 2004 is filed seeking restoration of possession of the premises. This Court restored the C.R.P. on 03.12.2004 and it appears in pursuance of the eviction order, possession was delivered therefore sought restoration of the possession. Though this case is posted under the caption of 'specially identified cases', neither advocate for petitioners is present nor any representation is made.

It seems petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

Advocate for respondent is present.

3. Considering these aspects, C.R.P.No.6017 of 2003 and C.R.P.M.P.No.15189 of 2004 are dismissed for nonprosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
