HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2103 OF 2022 O R D E R:

The brief facts of the case are that on 08.02.2022 a complaint was lodged in Vardhannapet Police Station stating that while conducting patrolling duty, they found eight persons moving under suspicious circumstances and out of them, four persons were apprehended by the police, who found Rs.2,000/- denomination counterfeit currency notes in their possession. Accordingly, the police seized the counterfeit currency and other material using in the process of making counterfeit currency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A3 argued that the trial Court, on 22.03.2022, vide orders in Crl.M.P.No.209 of 2022 in Crime No.45 of 2022 granted bail to Accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 and the petitioner stands on the same footing. Learned Public Prosecutor did not dispute grant of bail and further stated that some stringent conditions may be imposed on the petitioner in the event of releasing him on bail.

Accordingly, petition is allowed and the petitioner/A3 is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for the like-sum each to the satisfaction of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, P.S., Wardhannapet on every Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M. for a period of two months or until filing of chargesheet, whichever is earlier. The petitioner shall not induce or threaten the witnesses and shall not commit any offence. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
