THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25763 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is the alleged action on the part of the respondents in seizing/ retaining the documents of the vehicle bearing No.AP 21 TA 3669 under the Check Report No.1827596, dated 23-06-2017. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner except the RC book, the respondents have retained the other documents pertaining to the vehicle.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that it is open for the petitioner herein to make an application before the authorities, indicating the particulars of the documents if any and the same will be verified. 3.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of, keeping open for the petitioner herein to make an application before the authorities for return of the documents indicating particulars of the same, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and if any such application is filed giving the particulars, the same be verified and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law, within a period of one week thereafter. 4.
