It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the matter has been referred to the Civil Court under Sec.30 of the Land Acquisition Act, and that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Therefore, recording the said submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary.
