The dispute in the present appeal was settled by the Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017 and even an award was passed. The award shall be treated as decree as per the provisions under the Legal Services Authority Act.

Accordingly, the present MACMA is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat.
