The Court made the following:

CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.533 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 11.09.2017, in W.P.No.7832 of 2017.

Contemnor No.3 has filed counter-affidavit and also additional counter-affidavit. In the latter affidavit, he has deposed that in deference to the order of this Court in W.P.No.7832 of 2017, he has issued proceedings, dated 01.07.2018, cancelling promotion orders, dated 31.10.2017, and posting orders, dated 16.12.2017, in respect of 14 Police Constables, who were promoted as Head Constables, and that the said proceedings were served on them on 06.07.2018. He has further averred that consequential proceedings, dated 06.07.2018, pertaining to the posting orders of said 14 Police Constables were served on them on 06.07.2018 itself. Contemnor No.3 also tendered unconditional apology for the delay caused in implementing the order of this Court. 3.

Mr.K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that with the aforementioned remedial steps taken by contemnor No.3, the grievance of his client stood redressed. 4.

In the light of the aforementioned facts, the Contempt Case is closed.
